We are a community focused fitness facility that prioritizes the mental well-being of our members, in addition to their physical health.   • If we are open, then we are staffed. Come on down during business hours and we’ll give you a tour of our facility and an understanding of what we we offer, that way you can make a decision if we are right for you.

  • While we do have equipment that is accepted internationally for sanctioned competitions, there is no requirements or previous experience needed to work out here. Our equipment and our trainers are equipped to handle a first day beginner all the way to a professional competitor.

    The word strength can be intimidating. But you can rest assured our members range from competitive athlete’s to everyday people who are just seeking to get in shape and become a better version of themself.

  • The minimal age to join is 14. If you are 14-17 you will need to bring a parent/legal guardian with you to sign up. Be sure to ask about our discounted pricing for minors and students!

    There is no upper limit - in fact ask about our golden boots club to save if you are over 55!
